Experimental Study on Boiling Vaporization of Liquid Hydrogen in Nonspreading Pool

Research on the boiling vaporization process of liquid hydrogen spilled solid ground is very important for safety risk assessment hydrogen. Since main source heat flux in comes from ground, into pool should be studied in-depth. In this paper, surface concrete studied. The analysis a conducted by utilizing curve and historical temperature data collected close proximity to concrete. It was found that regime presents non-uniformity, film ended earlier than results calculated correlations. When measured experiment indicates transition boiling, difference between thermocouple at depth 2 mm point 130 K higher predicted superheat minimum (MHF). later stage experiment, average relative error experimental value rate model 7.48%. This research advances understanding transfer pool. addition, obtained study contributes improving term spills.
